Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. Here's how returns and exchanges work:

Return Policy

• Ready-made fabrics can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Custom-tailored garments are non-returnable due to personalization, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

• Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for ready-made fabrics and only if the replacement is in stock.

• For sizing issues in custom garments, we offer alteration support, not product exchanges.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email sutrobespoke@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

2. Wait for approval from our support team.

3. Ship the product to the provided address.
   (Note: Return shipping costs apply unless the issue is on our side.)

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
