1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between Sutra Bespoke Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its clients (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Appointment & Advance Payment

                • To schedule a consultation or tailoring appointment, an advance payment is required at the time of booking.

                • The advance amount will be adjusted against the total order value.

                • Appointments are confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

3. Stitching & Delivery Timelines

                • The estimated timeline for tailoring services will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

                • While we strive to deliver within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. The Company shall not be liable for such delays.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

                •Appointment Cancellation: Advance payments for appointments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

                • Order Cancellation:

                • If an order is canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

                •Orders canceled after 24 hours of confirmation are non-refundable, as production processes may have commenced.

                • Alterations & Modifications: Requests for modifications post-production may be entertained at an additional cost, subject to feasibility.

5. Fitting & Adjustments

                •One complimentary fitting session is included in our bespoke tailoring services.

                •Additional alterations requested beyond the first fitting may incur extra charges.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

                • We ensure the highest quality standards in our craftsmanship. However, slight variations in color, pattern, or fabric due to natural characteristics will not be considered defects.

                • The Company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as supplier shortages, force majeure, or client unavailability for fittings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
